Shalom! I'm a graduate student in the Computer Science Division of the EECS Department at UC Berkeley. I am doing my research at the International Computer Science Institute as a member of the speech group that is a part of the Realization Group. My advisor is Professor Nelson Morgan, and I also enjoy working with Herve' Bourlard, not to mention his Belgian humor
My research interests include speech recognition, statistical pattern recognition, neural networks, human machine interaction. My thesis is titled: ``REMAP: Recursive Estimation and Maximization of A Posteriori Probabilities - Application to Transition-Based Connectionist Speech Recognition.'' My thesis committee members are: Prof. Nelson Morgan , (Chair); Prof. Jerry Feldman ; and Prof. Charles Stone.
