Connects the Address Book and the Dialer

• Here is an image. It doesn't tell much, but the main idea is that all the names entered in this Address Book are IMMEDIATELY available in the Nuance dialer database. The AutoPron stuff generates a pronunciation for each new name (Remco calls that the PronFactory).
• The STAR Lab. will shortly have a local copy of the Dialer.
